I have only four bell pepper plants, but they seem to be producing a good number of the sweet bells. I thought the bugs were getting to them a few weeks ago, but the insects must have moved on. The plants look healthy now.The other peppers are banana peppers. I don't know what to do with them, but they are nice to look at.
Put the banana peppers on pizza! BBQ chicken breast, banana peppers, red onions, and mushrooms with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and BBQ/red sauce.

ReplyDeleteMother split the long banana pepper lengthwise, cleaned out any seeds, then "stuffed" them w/ bread crumbs & herbs, drizzled w/ a little butter or oil, baked until done. It was a little like dressin' but no chicken!
